On Disagreeability

There may be a lot of division on political, social and economic issues in America, and while we may disagree, the best way to do so is to avoid being disagreeable. In order to persuade others, we first must avoid putting them on the defensive with disrespect and insult. If you can do that, you’re already halfway home.
