As a “step up” from Cash Machine, Premium Income features the strategy of covered calls:
Selling (writing) call options against the long-term stock positions we hold in our Cash Machine portfolio.
We sell calls against long-term holdings in dividend stocks with the intent that the call expires worthless…
And we bring in, or collect, the option premium as additional income to double our overall returns.
